Pontiac G6 Door Latch Problems

I have a pontiac g6 2008 and have a lock problem with the back passenger door.

Both the inside and outside handles appear to work. I took the inside door handle off the door. Have to unlock manually or crawl over from the drivers side to unlock. Not very happy about this problem.
